- 2 Yukon potatoes (approx. 10 oz. total weight), boiled and peeled, and chopped into small chunks
- 3 - 4 Real Pickles, chopped
- 1/3 cup cooked green peas
- 1/3 cup Cultured Mayo
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- Sea salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
YIELDS: 3 -4 servings
Simply mix all the ingredients together, and adjust seasoning as needed. Adding in chopped apples is a nice touch.
